Launching Gantries are use for erecting Precast Segmental Bridges; for Balance Cantilever Construction Method or Span by Span Method. Launching Gantry can be designed as Under-slung or Overhead Model to meet the site requirements.
Whenever Launching Gantry is use, time is crucial. HCR Launching Gantries are designed to save every single minute in the construction sequence. Motorized mechanisms are use for continuous self launching, electric winches with motorized travelling wagons are use for segment lifting and transporting, Spreader Beam with 360° on plane rotating, vertical tilting and angle adjustment functions are provided.
HCR LG-SS Series are designed for safety. Winches are equipped with double breaking system. Upon request we provide Triple breaking system. Emergency stop button, Limit switch, sensor are located at designated location. Lighting and spare-parts are part of the items coming with our Launching Gantry.
LG-SS Double Truss Series
LG-SS Series Launching Gantries are use for bridges that is constructed with span by span construction method. HCR LG-SS Series Launching Gantry are design to be use for bridges with curvature radius < 120m, slope < 7% and varies super elevations.
Varies support method can be use; from direct clamping to the pier or to be supported all the way to the pile cap can be design upon request. Varies bracket relocation method can be proposed; whether to be relocated by Mobile Crane or to have self relocation functionality. Whether under-slung or overhead, HCR can provide a total solution.
All LG-SS Series Launching Gantry are designed to be fit into and deliver by 40 footer open top container. All HCR products are fully trial assembled and tested in the factory before delivery.

LG-BC Series Launching Gantries are use for bridges that is constructed with Balance Cantilever Construction Method. HCR LG-BC Series Launching Gantry are design to be use for bridges with curvature radius < 120m, slope < 7% and varies super elevations.

All LG-BC Series Launching Gantry are designed to be fit into and deliver by 40 footer open top container. All HCR products are fully trial assembled and tested in the factory before delivery.
