FT-S Series Form-Traveler (Over Head Model)
HCR supply Form-Traveler for Balance Cantilever Construction Method. Over Head Form-Traveler are easier to be use compare to Under Slung Model. And it is easier to be modified for future usage.
Our Form-Travelers are with good quality modular connection, designed for future modification and repeated usage for many years. We supply good quality metal formwork on HCR Form-Traveler. We also provide plywood formwork system as it is a more economical solution.
Concreting Support, self launching operation, level adjustments are all by means of hydraulic system. Erection of the traveler on the pier top can be as short as 1 week. All major parts join together by pin connection; which promises speedy erection and high accuracy design.

FT-X Series Form-Traveler (Under-Slung Model)
Under-Slung Form-Traveler have its main parts hang under the completed bridge hence providing a clear space above the formwork; which means prefabricated reinforcement cages can be install easily. In certain cases Under Slung Form-traveler providing the only solution which Over Head Form-Traveler cannot give; for example on the construction of Arch for the Arch Bridge or when dealing with any slanting column structure or for certain Cable Stay bridges.
