YLC900 Series Full Span Bridge Beam Dolly
YLC900 Series is a multiple axle rubber wheeled dolly use to deliver full span bridge beam with loading capacity up to 900 ton and a maximum length up to 36m. This remarkable giant machine was extensively used for the construction of few thousands km of high speed railway bridges in Mainland China and in Taiwan island.
Wheels are powered by hydraulic motors and steering is by means of hydraulic cylinder. Driver Cabin is provided and wireless control system is part of the supply for convenience of contractor. Safety features are always main consideration of HCR equipments. Limit switch, emergency break switch at varies location, sensors, auto alignment system etc. are part of the safety controlling device that installed in the dolly.

GTYLC-100 Series Rubber Wheeled Beam Dolly
YLC-L Series Rubber Wheel Dolly is designed for transportation of Bridge Beams at site; mainly from casting yard to the erection point. Commonly use as part of the system with DJ Series or SJH Series Beam launcher for Bridge Beam erection. YLC-L Series Rubber Wheeled Dolly is powered by diesel engine.

YLC Series Beam Trolley (on Track)
YLC Series Beam Trolley is designed for transportation of Bridge Beams at site running of track. It is also commonly use as part of the system with DJ Series or SJH Series Beam launcher for Bridge Beam erection. YLC Series Beam Trolley is powered by Electric Motor.
YCL Series Beam Trolley consisted of 2 parts; an active Trolley and a passive Trolley. The active Trolley will be situated at the rear with a driver seat and generator set pulling behind. The trolley is designed for balancing of speed and stability.
